If you are planning a benefit, a gathering of friends, an
Italian Meetup or other similar event I will, between now and
the publication date* of Becoming Italian, waive all speaking fees
other than travel expenses. A minimum of 40 people is required
(any maximum is fine). After publication my speaking fee is $3000, plus
travel expenses.
